I wouldn't say the following sucked, but there was definitely a decline in quality:

Bewitched: The black-and-white episodes have more of a romantic comedy feel. In the color era, it became more formulaic (Clara/Esmeralda accidentally conjures up an historical figure, Samantha gets caught doing magic and passes it off as one of Darrin's advertising campaigns, etc.)

Petticoat Junction: The earlier episodes seem more genuine, while the color shows seem more fake and Hollywood-y. It doesn't help that the lead actress, Bea Benederet, is absent in almost half of the color episodes.

Definitly The Beverley Hillbillies and the Andy Grifith show.
