Which PI show your favorite and why.
Mine is Rockford Files, the car chases are awesome, there was always a little humor, & it had some of the pretties woman show up.
Others I enjoy include Mannix, Cannon, Charlie's Angels, Magnum PI, & Remington Steele.
HarryWild 09-06-2016, 01:11 PM I like the 50s PIs like Mike Hammer with Darren McGavin, Richard Diamond with David Jannsen, M Squad- Lee Marvin and Boston Blackey and Nero Wolfe.

Magnum P.I. was my favorite, he had charm, and could be funny at times. Plus I loved the great Hawaiian scenery.
HarryWild 09-06-2016, 08:54 PM Ahead of its time, female PI Honey West - Ann Francis was pretty good, but only lasted one season. Burke's Law was interesting and then Amos Burke got recruited to be a secret agent. That was due to high rating from Man From Uncle. Stephane Powers - Girl from Uncle to Heart To Heart!

The Rockford Files cause Jim Garner was so much fun and Magnum PI cause who doesn't love Magnum, and Charlie's Angels cause they were babes (mostly).

Sherlock Holmes (the modern version) in some ways is private although he calls himself a "consulting detective." And I'd call Jessica Fletcher one even though she wasn't licensed. :D

Charlie's Angel was more of an organization similar to Mission Impossible then a PI. It had crime solving theme like that of Man from UNCLE.
