*I Love Lucy only had six seasons. Although the following year would see the release of “The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour” released under the title “I Love Lucy: Seasons 7, 8 and 9”, I’m counting it as a separate series. So as of 2006, “I Love Lucy” is complete.

**The Comeback and Arrested Development completed their DVD runs for the time. Both shows were cancelled and for years these were considered complete series. Both shows, however, would return with new episodes years later. But in 2006, this was it. So I’m counting them here.

I notice (to an extent) companies ten years ago were more in a rush to complete series on DVD. Now, yes, we are seeing complete series of shows but a lot of shows are sadly incomplete.
