Oops, I realized I accidentally voted for Bewitched in the 70s poll..then I realized that they were the Dick Sargent episodes. I love Bewitched, but only the Dick York 60s episodes.

Hey, where's The Big Valley?

Hey, where's The Big Valley? The Big Valley doesn't qualify for this thread since it never made the top 30.

Wow, that surprises me. It was on for four years, and was the best Western on TV in my humble opinion.

F Troop didn't make the top-30 either. I know the second season, the show was struggling as it was in color!

Other shows like that have similar problems?

Can you do a 1950s group too? I've already got at least a top 10 list picked out from that era. The 1960s was easily the best time for TV. I'll need a little time to figure out how to fill in the poll. Keep up the good work!

Thank you. I'll be looking forward to it.

As I was voting for my favourites and then looking to rank them from most to least favourite like others have done, I was surprised to see that "The Monkees" didn't make the list. I can't believe that it didn't make the Top 30 in its first season when it won the Emmy for best comedy series.

Even without its presence, this is still a very impressive group. I have managed to rank them this way:

1. Gilligan's Island
2. Bewitched
3. The Dick Van Dyke Show
4. Green Acres
5. I Dream Of Jeannie
6. Get Smart
7. My Three Sons
8. The Beverly Hillbillies
9. The Andy Griffith Show
10. Family Affair
11. Petticoat Junction
12. Here's Lucy
13. The Addams Family/The Munsters (tie)
14. The Donna Reed Show
15. Dobie Gillis
16. Dennis The Menace
17. The Lucy Show
18. McHale's Navy
19. Car 54, Where Are You?
20. Gomer Pyle USMC

The Jim Nabors HourI can't believe I voted for Dennis the Menace originally. :facepalm2: While Father Knows Best will probably never be a favorite, I will take it any day over Dennis now.

I have now seen and liked: The Real McCoys, best of The Ed Sullivan Show (but no full episodes still :(), What's My Line, Route 66 some (didn't like the pilot but it got better), My Favorite Martian, Get Smart, and Mission: Impossible. Get Smart is the best of those, Don Adams really steals the show. Not on my original would like to see list, but I really became a fan of the Raymond Burr shows Perry Mason and Ironside. I have seen and disliked The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis (thought that was really stupid!) and Hogan's Heroes (great theme song but otherwise boring). I tried 3 episodes of Car 54, liked it some but stopped at that point and went to something else. Saw I've Got a Secret once, not terrible but no What's My Line either. The Jim Nabors Hour, like American Bandstand, I will probably never see because of lousy music clearance issues.
