I missed this new airing last night (Sun. 4-24), but I did manage to DVR a repeat showing later. I'm eager to see it. :)

This is kind of like a more in-depth look at Mr. Bradley's "family tree" class project from 1979. Ah, if only Molly Parker could have submitted a video assignment like this to Mr. Bradley---she'd probably get an A+! ;)

Haha!

And the show looks interesting, too!

Yup, it was kind of interesting...and they did show two FOL season one photos at the beginning!

Now, Molly didn't actually reference the show by name, though. First the narrator said Molly got her start in show business at an early age, and they showed a promo photo of Molly by herself in her Eastland uniform (complete with blue sweater), against a solid background (I think it was orange).

Then, when Molly was discussing her start, she said "As an actor or a performer you don't always have a really good sense of yourself, so family is very important"---and she said this as they showed a season 1 photo of the entire cast.

So while she didn't reference the show by name or discuss it, it's fun that they did choose two photos of her "Facts" days, especially interesting considering the latter comment said over the showing of the cast photo.

You bet :-) I was glad to share those little details RetroGuy, and I knew you would be interested. And she looks just wonderful. Charlotte said on the Hallmark special how she thought that chubby Mindy (yes, she called her chubby!) would make a nice compliment to the other girls, but look at Molly's coloring; with her freckles and fair skin and eventually-red hair, she was such a unique compliment to the other girls as well, especially if she had stayed at Eastland as a teenager.

Here are a couple of photos of beautiful Molly from WDYTYA?, with a 3rd one that looks how Molly Parker could have possibly looked once she saw for herself that her grandfather was in the KKK had that "Facts" episode starred her instead of Blair, as in my "Reimagined" thread, lol ;) :
