Hi! I'm new here and I just wanted to say that I love Facts of Life and I wish they would start showing it on TV again. Are there any Full House fans here? I thought it might be fun to have everyone post some similarities they found between FH and FOL. Yeah, I know I'm a dork! haha! Anyways.....here's mine->

*FOL's last year was the 1987-1988 season, which was FH's first year.

*FOL centered around its young stars (Nancy McKeon, Lisa Whelchel, Kim Fields, and Mindy Cohn) and FH also centered around its young stars (Jodie Sweetin, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Candace Cameron)

*Both Nancy McKeon and Candace Cameron had older brothers who were on sitcoms prior to theirs. Nancy's brother Philip was cast on Alice in 1976 and Candace's brother Kirk was cast on Growing Pains in 1985. Both sisters made guest appearances on their brother's shows.

Danny is sort of like Mrs. Garrett the girls always go to him for advice and he is the more athuritative figure.

Jess is like George there both hot and Jesse did redo the attic into his and rebecca's room kind of like George redoing Edna's edibles into over our heads.

and Joey is like Andy There for laughs and kind of dorky.

Kimmy sorta reminds me of Pippa even though I have only seen one episode with Pippa in it, but they are kind of alike. Kimmy sorta dorky and so was Pippa if you ask me.

Natalies father dies and the Tanners mother dies but we dont see that in any episodes like we don with Nat' dad.

they were both cool shows for starters...

they had new people come into their lives (Becky, Nicky, and Alex for Full House......Beverly Ann, George, Pippa, and Andy for FOL)
