I am not sure whether I have, ever before written on this page what I am about to write about now. If I have, it was a long time ago and what I had written is pushed too far down for a significant amount of people to see. In any event, one thing that I know that I have written quite a bit about is my fondness for Julie. Ever since I was twelve-years-old, I had a "very" big crush on her! However, most of my posts about her have been in regards to her appearance and behavior in such episodes as "Katie Steals Julie's Jock" and "Samantha's Protest". I would now like to write about a time that I thought that she outdid herself that is a little bit different. Think back to the first-season episode "Your Prisoner is Dead". Early in this episode we learn that Katie was supposed to stop at a store to buy various items for different members of the household. These items included a cover for Samantha's book report, cream rinse for Julie's hair and pantyhose for Nell. She ended up forgetting all of the above! We soon learn that this was because the handsome boy working in the store made her feel so giddy that all of these trivial items left her mind. Because Julie had a date that night, she was furious about Katie having forgotten her cream rinse. Nell asked Katie if she got anything while she was at the store. A very giddy Katie said that she got a date for Saturday Night. A very angry Julie said "it is just like you to put your own personal lust ahead of Nell's pantyhose"! Julie was clearly venting her frustrations through sarcasm. Hearing a cutie pie like Julie use pantyhose in her sarcasm made me feel about as giddy as Katie felt in the presence of the handsome boy from the store! Oh the memories!
