For me it would have to be:
Jack's Navy Pal (with the blind guy who trashes the place)
Jack's Bad Boy (with the evil little rich kid)
Lee Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother (with Jack's snobby bro)
Like Father, Like Son (with Jack's meddling father)
Some other episodes which are a little boring for me are:
Jack's Uncle
Old Folks at Home (with the older guy Leo)
Janet's Sister
Funny how my least favorite episodes all seem to deal with Jack's family members visiting

Haha, right? Seems like whenever a family member visited, they put a damper on everything. Maybe I'm just projecting....

Good call. I was also never a fan of the rare times they tried to have "touching" moments.

Yeah, the only time the touching moments worked was in the very last episode, but I guess that makes sense since it was the last time the trio would be together.
However, I like in "Chrissy's Hospitality" where they seem to be going that way and then go in the opposite direction and make fun of those "touching" moments.

"Bob and Carol, and Teri and Larry", even the most average episodes of TC can generate a laugh or two but this one episode from the entire series just stands out because it focuses primarily on two of the trio's neighbor whom we've never seen before.

Yes, I've seen this ep and "Janet Wigs Out" often named for least-favorite. Personally, I think both have redeeming qualities, but I can understand why you feel that way. But that scene at the end of "Bob and Carol" where they're all hugging each other and Furley walks in....priceless
