My favorite food is nachos and they are excellent to have on Fridays and are perfect as a snack while watching TV. Second on my list is corned beef and I like to eat it in a sandwich or by itself and it tastes awesome but whenever i'm sick or when it's winter time or any day I love a good bowl of chicken noodle soup or ramen noodles. Also my dad makes authentic Spanish rice and it's very tasty too. As for favorite desserts my favorite dessert is cookies and sandwich cookies and Nilla Wafers are my favorite cookies and chocolate chip cookies is my number one favorite cookies in the world

Unfortunately, many foods that are bad for me I adore like potatoes, pizza, lots of bread, noodles, Chinese and fried foods. BUT whenever I indulge in these "treats" my blood glucose skyrockets. So, I do enjoy A SMALL amt of the above if a really strong craving hits.

On the other side of the coin, I also like berries, nuts, fatty fish and broiled seafood - all which are very good for me.
