No, it wasn't. The Lucy series you're thinking about that was from the 60's was "The Lucy Show" which starred Lucille Ball, Vivian Vance, and Gale Gordon.
"The Lucy-Desi Comedy Hour" was the follower
of "I Love Lucy" which ran from 1957 to 1960.
