Nia Vardalos Joins ABC Series "The Catch"

My Big Fat Greek Wedding star Nia Vardalos has just landed a recurring role on ABC series "The Catch".
Details about her character are sketchy but I hear she will play Leah Wells, a neurotic but formidable counterfeiter.
Vardalos is coming off the strong box office opening for My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, which opened with $18 million in North America this past weekend.
Like with the hugely successful first movie, Vardalos wrote and starred in the sequel.
