According to TMZ, Bynes didn’t even learn there was a reunion (http://www.lipstickalley.com/showthread.php/1009884-Amanda-Bynes-I-Wasn-t-Invited-To-All-That-Reunion) until saw a trailer for it on TV.

That's messed up, along with Kenan & Kel she was one of the main reasons why I tuned into the show at times.....

Well good for her, she doesn't deserve to get invited to any types of reunions at all!

Considering she was one of the most successful cast members to come from that show that's a very curious omission on their part.

Is anyone really surprised? Bynes went all loony tunes in recent years.
