This is not for me, but someone in my family.
Without going into too much details..
.(legally separated couple and in the process of divorce)
if your spouse leaves a vechile (that is in her name only) on your property for over a year, do you have the right to have it removed or impounded?

To complicate things the property is in a TRUST....would the trustee(s) of the trust be allowed to legally have it removed? The spouses' name is not on the trust and cannot have anything legally to do with the trust.

So, does anyone here have any legal knowledge...this is in the state of Ohio.
