It's the generic go-to. Just like whenever there's a list of worst movies of all time made, Plane 9 From Outer Space is most often on the list, even though it's far from actually being one of the worst out there.

The two American shows on the list are not on my list of "burn every episode" shows.There's three American shows on the list: Aftermash, My Mother the Car, and Dads.

Oh. It seems I never heard of Dads.Dads was a live-action comedy from the creator of Family Guy that aired on FOX two seasons ago. It was critically panned and only lasted one season, but was the first lead-in for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which was just renewed for a 4th season today.

I take it this is a list from England? then it makes sense not many American shows. Having said that I did see an episode of AfterMash but remember it was bad. The worst show I remember was Mommies, that show was horrific and sexist.
