It's extremely rare for multi-camera sitcoms to be assigned a TV-MA content rating. Most multi-camera sitcoms are usually rated either TV-G, TV-PG, or TV-14, and the only comedies that get a TV-MA rating are the single-camera sitcoms with no laugh track/studio audience.
A couple examples of TV-MA-rated multi-camera sitcoms: Lucky Louie on HBO, and Your Family or Mine on TBS.
