he needs to stay - too much upheaval already, we still don't even have a new companion yet, and I haven't even gotten over losing Amy Pond yet !

I don't get it - they only make like 6 episodes per year now, and apparently they are taking a year and a half off - so if they are feeling too over worked by this, maybe they need to quit one of their OTHER jobs
