"Days of our Lives" used to be a whimsical soap full of romance. Now it seems like one long episode of "Scandal". It's gloom and doom around every corner. I can understand some high drama but it's gotten to the point that it's brutal.

I find it hard to watch now because it's nothing like it used to be.
