Casey Wilson Checking into "Grey's Anatomy" in March

"Happy Endings" vet Casey Wilson is taking a rare dramatic detour with a guest stint on "Grey’s Anatomy", TVLine has confirmed.
Wilson will turn up in the ABC drama’s March 17 episode, which was directed by "Grey’s" regular Kevin McKidd and also features a guest turn by acting legend Rita Moreno.
According to sources, Wilson will play a pregnant patient named Courtney who’s emotionally repressed, funny, smart and passionate about her career. (Per the logline for the episode, Wilson’s character is a patient of Arizona’s who’s expecting — wait for it — quadruplets.)
Moreno, meanwhile, will play one half of a married couple who owns any room she walks into.
