The singer and saxophonist I was in Sha Na Na with , Lenny Baker, passed away yesterday. Prayers go out to him and his family.

I love Sha Na Na! I can't figure out why the television series has never gone to dvd. I would love to have it! So sorry about Lenny's passing. May He RIP:(

Oh no, how sad. Thoughts and prayers for his family, may he rest in peace. I love Sha Na Na. Although I didn't know about them until they had their TV series, I think I was 8 or 9 when it started. I was hooked on them instantly. I just love a lot of the old rock and roll music and all the harmonies. Great stuff and a million times better than the garbage they make nowadays. One of the great saxophone players. He'd previously played saxophone for Danny and The Juniors before joining Sha Na Na.
