This is old news, but voice actor Joe Alaskey died of cancer on February 3 at the age of 63. In addition to voicing cartoon characters such as Grandpa Lou Pickles on Rugrats, Bugs Bunny, Sylvester the cat, Tweety Bird, and Daffy Duck, Alaskey was the narrator of the Investigation Discovery true crime series Murder Comes To Town. He recorded his last episode, the season finale, in January and it will be broadcast on Monday, March 14.

With Alaskey's recent death, it is too soon to know whether Murder Comes To Town will return with a new narrator or be canceled.

Sorry to learn that! Maybe it's just me, but I felt he sounded a lot like the late actor Vincent Price.

The season premiere of Murder Comes to Down was on last night. The new narrator is Anthony D. Call, who narrated the now-defunct Discovery series The FBI Files.
