Would anyone like a merger/buyout like that? This is of course, assuming that that FCC and FTC and all those labor unions would allow it to get pass the announcement stage! Or Les Moonves willing to sell out to another content giant than continuing to stay independent. Meanwhile, Philippe Dauman just extended his iron grip over Viacom, and he pretty much objects to any sale, so there you go.
