Check this out, it's the call sheet for day 2 of shooting "The Mama Who Came to Dinner":

Things to note:
It uses the Lorimar-Telepictures logo even though the company became Lorimar Television a year before.

Day 2 was shot on May 3rd 1989 so day 1 was probably May 2nd.

It states that Valerie Jones' is playing Judy. They never called her by the name Judy in the pilot episode so I had wondered if maybe they had intended on her character having a different name and then changed it in episode 2, so they cut reference to her original name for continuity purposes. This sheet shows that her name was in fact ALWAYS Judy.

It calls Richie just '"Baby".

It mentions a scene of Rachel, Laura, and Judy in the girls bedroom that was cut.

At the bottom it lists May 4th as title shoot which I guess means the theme song.
