For example, KCMI in Kansas City just recently stopped playing South Park in September 2015, because the network took that right away from them, and the show can only air on Viacom stations, as it said recently on their Facebook page.

WTVZ in Norfolk, Va. showed Simpsons reruns from day one back in fall 1994. Looks like they finally stopped a couple of years ago, I'm guessing whenever the show started airing on FXX.

I don't think Seinfeld or Friends ever stopped airing since they entered syndication in the mid-to-late-90s. As a matter of fact, I think the latter has aired on WTVZ since 1998. Both air in the middle of the night now.

That's been happening with all of the local stations

Until 2014 or 2015, WKBD in Detroit had been airing reruns of "The Simpsons" since 1990. Of course, to be fair, it was Fox affiliate and also aired first run episodes of The Simpsons before becoming a UPN affiliate.
