I'm having the same problem.

I'm receiving them. They appear to be going out.

Make sure you have the option turned on to receive them in the User CP. Check your spam folder also in case they are being filtered there.

my box to receive e-mail notification is still checked as it always has been. Nothing in spam. I also checked to make sure my e-mail address was correct, and it was.
