In 17 years since 1999...they have had only one playoff appearance, two winning seasons, nine coaches, twenty-two quarterbacks...and counting, and ZERO clue!

The Browns had a good team in 1980, they finished first in their division and Brian Sipe was the Quarterback. In the playoffs, they hosted the Raiders on a brutally cold and windy day in early January, 1981. With time winding down in the game, Cleveland with the ball and the Raiders leading 14-12, the Browns elected not to attempt a field goal and tried for a TD instead. Sipe threw an interception in the end zone, and that was that. The wild card Raiders went on to win the Super Bowl 27-10 over Philadelphia.
