day what would you choose?

I am taking the half of sick day and leaving work early. if I am off due to a holiday why would i want to be sitting in a waiting area when I can be doing something I like?

I made a mistake and scheduled a half of sick day for 2/15 not realizing it was a holiday. Why would I want to ruin my day off being in a doctor's office??

Cancel/ Reschedule the appointment!!!!!! DON'T go to a medical appointment on a day off/three day weekend Monday unless you are feeling really sick or in pain! Otherwise h*ll no, reschedule that appointment !!!!! ;)

I'd take a half day; but for me that works as I have 75 days of sick leave.

If you're really sick or in pain you're not waiting till 2/15 anyways.

I actually at this time have 365 sick days!!!! The job position is called "Old A**ed ,unemployed housewife"!!!!! :lol: :D

That's what I did when someone informed me that 2/15 was a holiday lol

It's no way in hell I would ever go to a doctor on a holiday no matter how I feel:lol:

Where I work we get 12 sick days a year. Since I've worked there for a decade, and average about 4-5 days a year, the days add up.
