Vahan 02-05-2016, 03:19 PM Does this count, or is this a stretch? In Ghostbusters, Slimer, then known as Onionhead, started out as a villain, who was the first Ghost they ever caught. In the cartoon, The Real Ghostbusters, this was expanded on even further when it was established how Slimer became their sorta Pet. They felt that he was lonely, and that he could prove useful in fighting Ghosts. So he became part of the team. He was also an ally in the second film, as well.
