GetTV is airing DVD and MTM's variety special "Dick Van Dyke and the Other Woman" on Monday, February 8 (and several more times through the week) so set your DVR if you get GetTV!

Thanks for passing that along. Fans having been wanting to see that for a long time. GetTV is a surprisingly good channel for shows that haven't been seen for many, many years. It deserves a lot more praise than it's getting.

Cool that they aired this. I need to dig out my old copy, but I am sure this is an upgrade.

Finally got to see this!

Got the DVR set for tomorrow morning.

At the end, they showed an "alternate" take from one of the worst Dick Van Dyke episodes that made it funny.

I'm very glad to have it now and it was great in that it brought Mary Tyler Moore back to TV and also set things in motion for her to get her own series. So it served a great purpose, but the writing on the special wasn't anywhere near the standards of The Dick Van Dyke Show. Bill Persky and Sam Denoff didn't do a very good job. The best part was the old outtake at the end. Otherwise it was the good feeling of seeing Mary Tyler Moore and Dick Van Dyke back together is what carried the special. Just that in itself was great to see.
