"New Girl" Taps "The Walking Dead" Star as Winston Love Interest

Sonequa Martin-Green has landed a guest-starring role on "New Girl", EW has learned exclusively.
"The Walking Dead" star will play Rhonda, Winston’s (Lamorne Morris) new girlfriend, an Army Reservist, who is just as bad a prankster as Winston is — and who Schmidt (Max Greenfield) very much doesn’t want Winston bringing as his plus-one to his and Cece’s (Hannah Simone) upcoming wedding.
She will first appear in an episode slated for spring.
