This is my first thread, hoping to get the TVbuffs attention here:cool: , I’ve been trying to figure out the name of this actress that I’m positively sure stared in a lot of sitcoms as a character actress. The only lead I have to go on is this clip were she plays a witch:

Can anyone ID her? Or if you know the name of the movie the clip is taken from so I can IMDB her.

No, that's not Alice Ghostly but it does look like her.
