Debby Ryan Books "Mysteries of Laura" Arc — as Debra Messing's Sister

Recording artist and former Disney Channel doyenne Debby Ryan has copped a choice role on NBC’s "The Mysteries of Laura", as the titular MomCop’s half-sister — and Debra Messing has shared a first photo from the start of filming.
Ryan will guest-star in a two-parter (airing Feb. 24 and March 2) as Lucy (in the sky with?) Diamond, Laura’s troublemaking half-sister. (Betcha she treats life like it’s a party every day.) Despite a rocky relationship, Laura resolves to help Lucy when she’s the prime suspect in a murder case.
