I watched the Stallings case from 1991 during which she was persecuted for supposedly poisoning her baby.
She was eventually released, however, what the judge and persecutor did to her led me to feel a lot of anger toward them.
The judge deliberately excluded exculpable evidence by barring testimony by true medical professionals in favor of those paid by the persecution which would have shown that the death was due to a syndrome and NOT by her action.
The judge clearly knew this evidence would have created more than a reasonable doubt and excluded it to deliberately favor the persecution.
Secondly, the persecutor continued his obtuseness, even after she was rightfully released. He was interviewed during the show and the "press conference" was also shown.
His 'apology' was nothing but a self-serving line of ----.
I wonder if the Stallings were compensated for being persecuted by this court from 1930's Europe.
I believe that these defects in the "system", i.e. persecutors such as this one, need to be eliminated from being in a position to do these things in this way to anyone of us who is CLEARLY INNOCENT. Unfortunately, this goes on time and time again.
BTW-I can spell "prosecutor" and I am NOT laughing.
