I recall the trivia of Jones being Mr. Bowie's actual surname with his recent demise so I'm wondering if anyone out there knows whether he or the ORIGINAL (60's) David Jones ever met- and/or was the Monkees' Davy Jones ever recorded reacting to Mr. Bowie having changed his performing surname from his. I know I just put this out in the A-Z thread but I thought I might as well see if anyone who followed these things might know.
