Has anyone else been having this problem recently?

No problems so far, but the photos I upload aren't very big. Sometimes the large ones will cause problems, not sure why. You could try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc.) and see if that helps.

The size doesn't make a difference. The website keeps giving me a message that it's preventing cross-scripting, and then it gives me a hashtag on the upper left corner of the screen. This kind of thing has happened to me before here.

Make sure you are uploading jpg files only. If you are uploading gif files that are simply re-named jpg, it will jam the system. If it causes an error, PM me so I can manually clear your upload queue.
