hey guys,just currious as to what you think of the 80,s,I AM DEFINITLLY IN LOVE WITH THE 80S ALL MY FAVORITE SHOWS AND CLOTHES ARE FROM THAT DECADE,some of it was definitlly i admit ,but i guess every decade has it,s good,bad and ugly, and the 80s probably had more of it but i DEFINTILLY LIKE THE CLOTHES AND THE MUSIC AND SHOWS AND A FEW OTHER THINGS,what do you guys think of the 80s

I love 80s tv shows and a lot of 80s songs but the clothes can just stay a part of the past as far as I'm concerned...

I like some of the music and TV. I thought the TV was actually quite well. I don't like the clothes though

i loved the 80s!! the tv shows(fol....ss...wtb) are amazing...and the music that came out of the 80s was great as well...micheal jackson...madonna..and the fashion...o wow...it would be hilarious if it started to come back...it would be sort of cool...hey you know what they always say...fashion repeats its self every 20 years..

People who tell you that your teenage years are the best years of your life are liars! The best years of your life are when you're between the ages of 5 and 12. And since I spent a considerable number of those years in the 80's I have to look back on that decade with a certain amount of dewy-eyed nostalgia.
I just miss being a kid. Full stop.

Yeah, butI like the seventies more. even tho I don't remember really either, cuz I really wasn't in them.

Music, movies, tv shows, the style of clothes (jean jackets are so cool!) The 80s were awesome!

The 80's rule!!! DW, FOL, DS, .... *is afraid to write down more sows for fear that they were actually 70's shows...* LoL and the music is AWESOME. But the hair :eek: How did someone come up with that look? They must have been thinking "Hm, how can I make people look like they having roadkill living inside of their hair?"

i loved their hairstyles...but like all the movies that they show us in health class on peer pressure and sex and all that took place in the 80s and it's like so amazing that people would go out of the house looking like they did...seriously...the ugliest and weirdest clothes...

I liked the 80's execpt for the clothes and hair styles but the music, movies and tv show were the best I think I like 80's tv shows better then most of the show today. So for all you 80's music lovers there is a greatest hit's of the 80's 8cd set for $17.95 on Ebay if your intreasted.

The music was the ultimate best. MTV ruled and pop music was great. It'll never be like that again, I can tell you that.
The tv was awesome and the movies were even more so.

I love the 80's. The tv show were great. The music was good. The pop music was good and not too teenybopper like today. Some of the songs from the 80's are so good, that you see artists today cover them and they can't even make their own. But to be technical about it, I like the early 80's. Some of the clothes looked more like the 70's. If you watch the early 80's episodes of Diff'rent Strokes, Family Ties, etc., the clothes and hair aren't too bad. In fact some of the clothes today are copied from the 80's like shirts with numbers on them.

But the late 80's is another story. The fashion was terrible, girls and guy's hair were nasty. Guys had mullets and girls overdid the makeup. Just all yucky.

hey i absolultily defintilly agree with ya all the way the there,I LOVE THE EARLY AND MID 80S UP UNTILL ABOUT 86/87,BUT THE LATE 80S I REALLY HATE,THEY ARE REALLY A DIFFERANT STORY,THEY ARN,T REALLY THE 80,S AS I THINK OF THEM,I really love the years alot between 1980-1984 the best for some strange reason,the late 80s and early 90,s are really the same thing,to be the late 80s are only the 80,s decades and name only as well.I don,t really think that they are part of the culture,It was really the begining of the 90,s to me,the music got worse severlly in my opnion and the clothing EXTREMLLY UGLY AND THE TV SHOWS WEREN,T AS GOOD I THINK GOOD SHOWS LIKE THE FACTS OF LIFE,FAMILY TIES,AND CHEERS BEST YEARS DECIDED TO END IN THAT TIME FRAME.I really like the clothing of the late 70,s and early 80,s were the same,I achually think the 80,s started somewhere around 1978 and went till about 78.Since a entire decade is obviouslly not going to be the same,I do somehow feel that time periods shouldn,t always be judged by the decade or centery do come from, just an idea of course.I really like early 80s clothes alot,but some of the clothing was really ugly in the later 80,s legging,neon colored shirts,skin tight tops,Does anyone want to relive the 80s if they could or see them if you don,t remeber the 80,s or like me were born and were very little in the early 80s
