I didn't realize it but when I was playing on amazon I saw how outrageous the prices are for season 1. Prices are high on eBay, too. I'm glad I already own it because it seems to now be out of print.

I doubt that Shout Factory will release the entire series as one package. I'm glad they finished up the series and I own seasons 1 through 4. Won't buy season 5 as I don't like Steve and Barbara nearly as well as George and Dorothy. Some of the stories in season 5 are really good so I wish George and Dorothy had still been there.

I bought season 1 when it first came out in 2006. That's 10 years ago already, time really flies!

I think all of Sony's TV show DVD releases are probably out of print now. They are becoming collectors items. I have all the ones I want, usually bought them when they first came out. However, I didn't buy season 8 of Bewitched until last year, it's out of print too. I found a nice used copy on ebay for 65 bucks, it was the cheapest price I could find at the time.

I hope that Mill Creek decides to re-release Season 1 of Hazel. This is a good show! I don't really just want to buy Seasons 2-5, I want them all.

I went in a Cracker Barrel back in March looking for this and they didn't have it. I'm hoping Shout will release a complete series and have captions on all of it.

The first season is the only one shot in B&W, all others are in color. Sony remastered it though and their DVD release looks great.
