Agree With This list ? Or not?

Not entirely. There are quite a few on there that I do agree with, such as:

Frasier
Barney Miller
Star Trek
The Bob Newhart Show
MTM

(Star Trek being original-recipe NBC Trek, BTW, not TNG)

There are some I'm glad made the list.

The only ones I'd agree with in the top ten are The Twilight Zone and maybe All in the Family.

A lot of crappy preachy shows on there but that's what Hollywood writers like.

Mostly I agree with this list, but I think there are a few huge omissions, for one, if you have The Golden Girls on this list you also should include Designing Women. IMHO, DW is equally as funny, memorable and important as GG and IMHO had superior writing.

I think you should also keep in mind this list is from at least 4-5 years ago.
