HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! And for my 3500th Post, I thought I'd post something before I go to bed. It's an article on Yahoo News claiming that 42 years ago, AC-DC performed their first ever live show:

Judging by that video, they looked more like a glam rock band, than a heavy metal band at the time.

Actually, AC/DC never really considered themselves heavy metal. In fact, Angus Young resented the moniker, especially when applied to his band.

For being a glam band, in the early-mid '70's, that was pretty much the idea for just about everyone!

It's really sad that there are only a few original members left. Malcolm Young had to leave the band over a year ago due to his dementia, and Angus says he's not doing well. :(

And let's not forget the problems with Phil Rudd...
