I noticed this.

On the edited version, after Lucy is revealed to be inside of the TV set, she says: "Dadada" twice.

Then you see footage of Fred clapping.

Then, you see Lucy saying (with Fred clapping in the background): "The Lucy Ricardo Show."

On the unedited version, after Lucy says "Call for Phillip Morris" and "Dadada" twice, you don't see footage of Fred clapping. You only hear footage of him clapping when Lucy says: "The Lucy Ricardo Show."

Anyone notice this?

This was the way the show originally aired. When the episode was repeated after Phillip Morris was long gone as a sponsor Desilu took B roll footage and re-edited the scene to remove sponsor mention. The print shown tonight had footage reinstated from a 16mm broadcast print, and has been available on all DVD releases since the first time the show appeared on that format.

I'm certain this was edited down from its original broadcast time to fit today's standards for extra commercials.

It was ... the first scene was edited in half missing Lucy sewing Ricky's socks, and the entire scene in the bedroom was cut.

I was wondering about the sock scene. I could be mistaken but doesn't Lucy sew the top on the sock and she says, I sew the top on and Ricky says Don't rip it out ,I can use for ?? and swings the sock. Or was that scene in another episode??
