Has anyone heard that she is going to re-apear as a spirit in this years Haloween episode, with the original actress playing her?

yup, she is supposed to be on the Hallowe'en show as Maude's ghost. The original voice actor.

Ah yes, the old conflict with the world series. In these days of Tivos it seems silly, but, oh well!

Why are we bumping almost decade-old threads? It's really confusing to see a thread that says, "Maude Flanders to return for an episode," only to find out it's from eight years ago.
