The Christmas episode was Gloria wanting to drive somewhere where they can have a "white Christmas" where there is snow or snowing.

So from Los Angeles, how far would they have to go to experience a "white Christmas" or how far someone has to drive from LA to reach a place with snow on the ground?

I lived in Las Vegas where it would be summer with 100 degrees in the Valley and still see peaks with snow on them. I dont think LA is as close but it is still near mountains. Dunno.
