Is anyone here a believer in the phenomenon of reincarnation? I am for sure a believer in the phenomenon. I have had several memories and experiences of deja vuh of what I think could only be possibly explained as past life memories. I once had a dream in my childhood where I'm in a house and then get pulled into the sky by some unseen force. It was scary at the time, but now I wonder about it. A couple years back I was listening to an oldies station on the radio and heard the song "You Really Got Me" by the Kinks and felt like I had heard it before. The same thing happened when I heard an mp3 of the song "Cannibals" by Mark Knopfler. I also had a fear of knives as a child that I still can't explain and I once saw a guy who I was sure I had known before even though I didn't even know his name. There have been other strange experiences and memories that I can't explain, but the story would be so crazy, I will choose just to keep the rest to myself. Has anyone else ever had memories that they can't explain if they just refer to their present life?

I do believe in Past Lives But I don't really have any memories or anything that I think was from a past life. Though I do think Maybe in a Past Life I was an alien or a UFO investigator or something(I am so obsessed with finding the truth on Extraterrestrials and them Visiting us. I usually spend at least 2 hours a day just surfin the net for sites on UFO's and Aliens, Or reading Books on UFO's or Aliens.)

I am definitly a Believer of Reincarnation. In fact last summer I was very interested in that subject. I think I have had alot of past life memories in my dreams and I'm pretty sure that I know during what time periods I once lived in. For one I think I lived in Ancient Egypt because (this was before I even started believing Reincarnation) I became really obsessed with learning alot about Ancient Egypt for some reason. We weren't even studying that in school or anything.

I personally do not hold a strong belief in reincarnation, but I definitely consider it a possibility. No one knows what happens when we die, so I am open to considering just about anything as a possibility.

My roommate is Buddhist and he believes, though.

I, however, do not think that deja vu or a strong interest/obsession about something is evidence of a past life. I mean what about the people who obsesses over certain actresses or TV shows? Would you think they were Nancy McKeon in a past life or something? I mean to each their own, I just don't think being passionate about something is evidence or even a hint that you've lived a past life.

Same here. I believe there is a Heaven and we all go there to be with God when we die.

I don't believe in the afterlife. In other words I do not think that we are reincarnated or go to Heaven after we die, I believe death marks the end of our existence.

I believe in it because it happens to me. When I'm sleeping, I dream of these things and about a week later they really happen. Also, whem Mambo #5 came out, I swear I heard that song a couple of years before that. I find that really weird.

I believe you go to either heaven or hell when you die.

I don't believe in reincarnation. I'm a christian, so I believe that everybody either goes to heaven or hell when they die.

I believe in reincarnation. After watching a few episodes of "Unsolved Mysteries" and some books about it last year, or so. I'm convinced. ;)

I have deja vu at least twice a week, but.. I don't know. Last year my aunt paid someone to hypnotize her and she saw her whole past life. It was really weird. But I don't think it's possible

I don't have a personal belief on it, but i'm defitley opened to the possibility. I've shared my views on religion before....and I think i'm the only one that thinks hell is actually frozen... umm...think about it.

I do... well kinda. The day I make something up, it comes true the next day or later that day. WEIRD. Like one night i was watchin DW and I thought "Boy, Suzanne and Anthony sure make a good couple" wel the next morning the episode where they go on a date was on. And that has happened a few other times *can't mention one cough cough*

Well, Who says both can't be true? We could go to heaven when we die. Then God Could send us into a new life for whatever reason....

hey guys,great idea,defintilly i have mixed views on it,I am a christan,but i am also open to other beliefs,I defintlly belive in god and heven and hell very much,allthough i am also open to many other beliefs,but some weird things have happened to me as i guess it would be called du vague since i do dream about things that defintlly seem just like a dream coming straight from my head and then SURPRIZE SURPRIZE SURPRIZE THE DREAM DOES ACHUALLY HAPPEN AND BECOMES A REALITY,still yet i things happen and awhile after it happens i have feeling it happen before or i can have the complete oppisate of devuie(i know my spelling is pretty bad)however i defintlly belive that recencarntion excists after years of being skeptital about it,and i definilly think there is a big differance between having memories of having happen and achually having something happen,then making it up,but that is just how i see it from my point of view,just an idea,but i do try to be openminded about these things,i belive in god and go to church,but i don,t hold any certin beliefs,i belive that christ died for us and in heven and hell,but i guess i defintlly that somewhere there are so many things,i guess we don,t really know unless it happens to us,one of my friends theorys is that we die and choose what happens to our soul,allthough i don,t see how that would fit in to alot of religons,but i do think it exisits,but it just how i see things,great idea for disscusion,thanks

Actually, I think hell might actually be frozen, too. I remember a few years ago my dad said that because we both found winter to be so cold. And, if hell was actually hot, we'd be glad because it would be warmth. Winter is so cold some days. I don't know how cold it gets in some states like New York or other states that are more up at the north part of the USA, but in Canada, except for Vancouver and British Columbia which are mostly warm all year round, most of the winter months, especially December, the temperature is really cold. I think the temperature has gone down to the low 20s several times. In the North West Territories, the temperature has been much much more worse. I would imagine hell, if it exists, as being snow, wind chill, blizzards, 20 below weather, just terrible.

Personally, I have always thought of Hell as more of a state of mind than a physical place. I believe that Heaven is real though.

I'm open to the idea.
