I still like it, i guess, but I just don't seem to care about it anymore. I dont care enough to watch tapes...Are any of you the same way?

NO WAY!!!!!!!! I will always LOVE FOL! I never want to forget about it, even though I'm the person who watched it for the least amount of time. I saw it for only 3 months and that was in September to November of 2000! Nearly 2 years ago. Just goes to show you how good a show FOL is when you saw it just for a short little time and got hooked. I don't think any other show has ever done that for me. And you should have seen me when the first commercial for the FOL reunion came on. I was ECSTATIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm majorly obsessed with FOL still! I'm not gonna let my obsession flame burn out. FOL is like my passion. I watch my tapes ALL the time. Just this week I've probably watched atleast 20 hours of FOL. Plus I update my site to keep my obsession going to. Oh yeah and for fun I just read my episode guide and just imagine stuff about the FOL eps I havent seen before. And just this week I started printing off pics and I cut out all the people and I'm gonna start a scrapbook. And I try to take pics with my digital camera but most of them don't turn out too well. Welp as you can see I'm still majorly in love with FOL. Yeah I know I should see a doctor about this...


Oh yeah and is anyone else like me and you watch Take My Finals Please each night before you have your finals?? I'm going to watch it every night before finals til I'm out of high school. Thats what I did first semester and I didnt do too bad considering the grades I got in the classes. Okay I'm done.

FOL is one of those shows that if I barely see a minute or two of it I get hooked! There have only been two shows that have gotten me hooked, and that's FOL and TC. My obsession has not faded and probably wont for a long long time. Besides I haven't seen very many eps. to get bored of it.

Yes, I've done that for the past two years now! It really seems to help...it just relaxes me and makes me laugh about the finals I've been dreading all week. FOL is awesome;)

As much as I love the show, my passion is dwindling...

I just don't know what else can be said until it's reaired. I need to see the shows again. I've watched my tapes to the point that I know the entire series on each tape -- and when I taped the fandemonium, I mixed and matched so that different seasons would be on different tapes.

I have episodes memorized....I even have had to watch the commercials and now exactly when to stop fast forwarding through them, cause I know which one is before the next part of the show.......but I'm not tired of it......I still love it, although, I dont' have MANY eps......so I don't watch it A LOT that way I don't get tired of it.............but I do try to have a marathon EVERY Sunday......and I'l have a marathon on Charlotte's birthday........(don't go there...)
I think the show holds MY intrest cause the actresses are so good....I wanna be an actress....so I consider watching FOL.."studying."

I will never stop loving The Facts of Life. I didn't feel well today and layed in bed watching my tapes. I have the hole tape almost memorized. I pity those who don't like it. They don't know what they're missing. The Facts of Life is the best! It's characters are so realistic. Not like those phony shows Gilligans Island, Brady Bunch, and others like that. The characters aren't real enough. Not many people are shipwrecked on desert islands with Gilligan, the skipper, a millionare and his wife, a movie star, a professer, and a woman named Mary-anne. Not that many people were freaky families who had an architec dad, a strange mom, a housekeeper, a cat, a dog, and 6kids in the family, plus they live in a funky little house in the middle of town. I don't think so. You can realate to the Facts of Life characters more than the stupid Bradys, and the funky shipwrecked people. Sorry if I'm hurting Gilligan and Brady fans. I just ccan't believe some people can like phony shows more than the Facts of Life. It's not healthy. Instead of Chicken Soup for the Soul, it should be The Facts of Life for the Soul. Those Chicken Soup books don't help. They come up with the cheesiest subjects. When I was younger, I had Chicken Soup for the Kids soul, There was a story on schools or something, and there was a story about a unicorn, chicken, and a cow. The unicorn Freddy, was being abducted, and the chicken was really sick, and the cow had to like rescue them and poisen the abductors or something with spoiled milk. I was so confused reading that! LOL. :lol: It's like, does this have anything to do with schools at all? It's like woah, back up a bit. Think again. :lol: They have the cheesiest stories and subjects.


Anywho, I love your idea about watching Take My Finals Please before finals. I won't before finals, but I'll watch it Sunday night b/c Monday I have to take PSSAs. I hate them! We had to do Practice Forums Friday, then we had to march down the hall and students through confetti and silly string at us. i had eco-club 2 hours later and it was still in my hair!!!! It's like get it out! Each other grade level did something for us. There we were, sitting in the All-purpose room watching all these cheesy acts! :lol: The 2nd graders danced for us. 1st grade did some funky cheer, 3rd grade made a funky poster, and 4th grade did another funky poem. I will watch take my finals please on Sunday tho. LOL! That better help me! I just don't wanna spaz out Monday morning. Thank God we only have one test!
