anyone here have a Tripod site? if u didnt get 'warned' already, if u have a free account, u got 50 MB. well theyre changing that to only 20MB!! if u have over that, u have to delete files until youre under 20. this is so...stupid (had to think of a nonoffensive word lol)
that means i have to delete more than half my site!! >:-|
just a warning if u didnt get it already. oh yeah, dont go w/ Geocities either. they deleted another one of my pages w/o warning once.

As horrible as it may be. It is happening all over the place. At homestead.com (which i though was the best of the free stuff) they hyped and hyped about how much better it is going to be once it starts to be a payed service, so i payed for it. Now that its a paid i have to worry about bandwidth and mb space, things i never had to when it was free. The point, theres just no money to be made in advertising on the net, so if you want to make a profit you need to have a paid service...sucks but thats just the way thinks have gone.
