I am familiar with Most Outrageous Game Show Moments, having recorded 4 of the 5 specials myself (and obtaining the other in a trade). These were from the early 2000's and had various hosts, most often Bob Eubanks (great) and Chuck Woolery (blech). I also just bought Game Show Moments Gone Bananas, hosted by Ben Stein (double blech), and that was also 5 specials.

However, I could have sworn there was another variant in the 2000's hosted by Richard Karn that aired on the FOX network. A check of imdb turned up zilch, however. I believe there were at least 2 episodes. Is this ringing any bells?

They were called TV's Funniest Game Shows. The first one was hosted by Richard Dawson and the second by Richard Karn.
