Last night's show was very moving(Apr 4). Mark didn't tell anyone that he was leaving for good so it was bittersweet when he casually said goodbye to everyone as he walked out and they waved or said bye--see you later. Even Dr Carter didnt notice anything unususal. The character of Mark Green was one of the most realistic I've seen in a hospital setting. He will be missed.

I started crying :crying: Everyone on that show is dropping like flies. God if everyone leaves there will be no more ER. :(
I never realized how much I enjoyed the character of Mark Green until he walked out the door for the last time. The way he did it so casually and made the young girl his last little patient. I thought it was fitting that he showed his ability to work with those people looked differently upon, such as Al, and the young that people have often have trouble connecting with, such as the little girl. The episode was a befitting one for Doctor Green and actually had me close to tears and that's a rarity for me and TV.

I also cried about 4 times... (maybe 5 or 6  ) I always get teary eyed with movies and TV and stuff. If I was this bad when he leaves, I'm gonna need a whole box of Kleenex for when he dies!!! :crying:

mark greene is one of my favorite people on ER and with him gone its so sad, when his ex-wife was in the diner with him and was like "See you in July" I lost it...i was balling the rest of the episode, this is the only other show (other then td) that has made me hysterical, hey maybe George Clooney will come back and replace him....hey we can dream cant we?
