Only one I can think of is Dynasty. He wasn't proposed to but Keith Partridge dated a princess on an episode.

On Martin, Martin saves an African prince's life. Then the prince gives Martin a bunch of gifts and offers him a lot of money for Gina.

There was an episode of "The Big Valley," with the same actress (Kathy Garver) playing a girl who falls in love with a young man she thinks is a prince.
