I'm currently 33, so as the title says, pick an age and I'll tell you what my favorite show was at that age. :)

So it was really more the year 2000. That was when I was really big on "NewsRadio" which had ended its five season run just a few months prior. I had plenty of episodes on tape from NBC and MVC (the local affiliate) and watched them all the time. In fact, on New Year's Eve going into 2000, I had a marathon in count-down format, featuring my favorite episodes. Adamantium 11-15-2015, 12:50 AM 21 On December 16th, 2002, I turned 21. So 2003 is really the year. My big show at that time was "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" on Fox. It debuted in March of 2002 and was cancelled after 6 episodes. I was devastated because I loved it so much. I had recorded all six episodes. But shortly thereafter, it came back for another 8 episodes. I loved this show and was twice devastated as it was cancelled yet again. My number one favorite show was still "NewsRadio" but "ARCTU" was fast becoming my second favorite show of all-time (though now it's more like my ninth). Some years later, they released the complete series on DVD and I got to see five unaired episodes for the first time. So, yep, when I was 21 my favorite show was "Andy Richter Controls the Universe." Bonniegirl 11-15-2015, 01:52 AM Do you remember your favorite show at 5? Adamantium 11-15-2015, 10:38 AM I turned 18 on December 16th, 1999. So it was really more the year 2000. In fact, on New Year's Eve going into 2000, I had a marathon in count-down format, featuring my favorite episodes. I should also mention that while "NewsRadio" was my favorite show of all-time back then (as it still is), my favorite current show was "Boy Meets World", which was in its final season. And my favorite non-sitcom was "Sliders", which was also airing its last season but I was catching up from the Sci-Fi Channel's weekday reruns. Adamantium 11-15-2015, 10:40 AM Do you remember your favorite show at 5? I turned 5 on December 16th, 1986. My favorite show back then was "Fraggle Rock." In the fall of 1987, "Full House" became my favorite show. I had a crush on Stephanie and so I mainly watched it for her. opus 11-15-2015, 03:51 PM You did 5. Could you seriously do 1, 2, 3, and 4? Adamantium 11-15-2015, 04:03 PM You did 5. Could you seriously do 1, 2, 3, and 4? Well I'm sure that one was "Sesame Street." I mean what else could I have been watching at that age? lol As for two, three and four, I'm gonna guess "Fraggle Rock." As that show debuted in 1983 and I was a fan from (as far as I know) the beginning. Because my family moved away in 1984 to the house I grew up in and eventually moved out as an adult. And I have memories of receiving Fraggle Rock dolls as gifts and even my sister (who's just a couple years older) getting me a Fraggle Rock coloring book for me at the old house. So I know I watched the show back then. So I'm gonna go out on a limb and say "Fraggle Rock" was my favorite show for those ages. I own it on DVD but mostly for nostalgic reasons. I really don't watch it anymore. I'll be sharing it with my niece (who's about to turn 4) soon. |
