For me, I love Mad About You. Its just one of those Feel Good shows. Always glad to watch. I have the first 2 seasons on DVD and plan on getting the rest soon!

I have never seen it.

I've always refused to watch it because the main focus of the show is a couple that's madly in love with each other and that's as far away from something that I can personally relate to that anything can get. It wouldn't be a feel good show for me. It would be a depressing show.

I think the supporting characters were more entertaining than the main characters.

Little Mabel! Yes, I agree. I also didn't care much for the flash forwards near the end. For me, the show was the best in the middle.

It was interesting to me that they named the baby Mabel. Because I had an aunt named Mabel.

I feel like Mad About You was overrated when it was on and underrated now. So, I guess it evens out.

Most of the first season wasn't that great but somewhere towards the end of that season the show settled into what it would be for the next several years. The year that Jamie was pregnant and every year after that couldn't live up to the previous seasons.

A real turning point for me was when they recast Jamie's parents with Carol Burnett and Carroll O'Connor. The previous actors were so good and established as great recurring actors on the show but suddenly they were dropped for "big name" actors.
