Helen Hunt Heads to "Life in Pieces" (Exclusive)

Academy Award and Emmy-winning actress Helen Hunt is joining CBS' family.

The actress-director has been tapped to direct an upcoming episode of the network's freshman family comedy "Life in Pieces", The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

The episode, which has yet to be scheduled, will see Brenda Song (Scandal, New Girl) guest star as Bonnie, Matt's hot-mess of an ex-wife who returns home to stir up trouble.
